I have to admit. I'm only on day 2 of my rotation diet and already all I want is a cup of coffee and a scone. AHHHHH!!! Alright, now we can move on. Feeling the awful onset of they symptoms of yeast-die off and sugar and caffeine withdrawal. This is not a fun day. But, I went shopping (retail therapy) and had a nice, healthy, whole lunch with my grandma.
I am feeling discouraged already, but am hoping once I feel better, it will be easier. I admit, I have had a bite of dark chocolate (80%) to help curb some of the symptoms...because chocolate IS the best medicine.
I have learned today, though, that I need to remember to have my two snacks a day. Without them, I feel weak, tired, and my mood is down. I had been out all day with only one meal, skipped breakfast, and no snacks. Now as I sit and wait for my hubby to get home, I'm snacking on my dark chocolate and sunflower seeds, and feeling a little better.
Well, that's about all for today. I'm hoping tomorrow I'll be able to report less symptoms and more energy, but fear tomorrow may be another withdrawal day.
